PacerCard Financial Aid Transfer Form
Many students borrow additional loan funds to help with the expense of purchasing books. However, these funds are typically not available until late in the semester. The WPU Office of Student Accounts is pleased to offer students the opportunity to request a transfer of these funds onto their PacerCard in the form of PacerCA$H.
Be sure to plan carefully for the amount you would like to transfer. Funds that are transferred to PacerCA$H WILL NOT be refunded.
In addition to the WPU Bookstore, PacerCA$H can be used at Peace Perk, Belk Dining Hall, copier machines, vending machines and printers.
Forms completed prior to the start of classes will have their funds available during the first week of class. After the start of class, except 24-48 hours for processing before the funds are available.

This form is available for use during the first four weeks of each semester. After that time, provided all financial aid has been received and posted to your account, the remaining credit balance will be refunded.
The Office of Financial Aid estimates that students will spend approximately $500 a semester on books. The maximum amount that can be transferred is $750 or the total credit balance on the account, whichever amount is smaller.
PacerPoints vs. PacerCA$H:
PacerPoints come with each resident meal plan and can be used only in Belk Dining Hall or at Peace Perk. They DO NOT rollover at the end of each school year.
PacerCA$H is a flexible spending account available to all cardholders for use as an on campus debit card program for use in the Dining Hall, Peace Perk, Finch Library, vending machines, copy machines and select off campus merchants. PacerCA$H left over at the end of each semester is left on the account for use in the following semester. Students are not permitted to withdraw monies from their PacerCA$H account unless they officially graduate or withdraw from William Peace University.
